 Joe and Angela Cicala are husband and wife chefs who have split their time living and working in Italy and America over the past 25 years.  They return to Italy often to some of the most remote towns for culinary research in order to share their passion and knowledge with their guests.

 

Working closely with a team of Italian tourism experts, sommeliers, history guides, truffle hunters, winemakers, farmers and locals, your trip to Italy comes alive.

​All itineraries are designed by Chefs Joe and Angela Cicala, and led by their team of expert Italian concierge.

As owners of two Italian restaurants an expanding line of products, new restaurants and culinary experiences, Joe and Angela can not always personally lead every tour, but they attend as many as possible.  Please check the itinerary you are interested in to see if they will be attending that particular trip. 

 

 

Traveling in small groups allows for more intimate travel experiences. (We do not host more than 12 guests at a time on any tour unless it is a corporate retreat.)
