with Chefs Joe & Angela Cicala

Step into the hidden kitchens and artisan workshops of the old world.

Culturally immersive, each trip always includes hands-on cooking classes and access to unique locations. Meet the wine makers, farmers, cheese makers, and other local craftsmen who still maintain the Italian traditions of long ago.

Tours are designed and led by Joe and Angela Cicala, traveling in small groups, (no more than 12 guests per tour), allowing for amazing experiences not always possible when traveling with a large company.  Joe and Angela Cicala are husband and wife chefs who have split their time living and working in Italy and America over the past 25 years.  They return often to some of the most remote towns for culinary research in order to share their passion and knowledge with guests

Choose the right tour for you: Whether your dream trip includes walking with goat shepherds in the mountains, dining at a Michelin Star restaurant, fishing with locals, or shopping excursions, each tour has something for everyone.  We can also customize a tour for groups with a minimum of 6 guests.

Let Italy welcome you with open arms allowing you to embrace it's traditions of long ago.  No matter which region you decide to visit, you will leave feeling like family.
